ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends with vehemence that the accused have committed a cognizable offence and a direction may be issued to respondents for registration of a case against the accused. The petition has been opposed by Mr. Muhammad Akhtar, learned Additional Advocate---General. However, he states that he has no objection if the matter is referred to the Inspector-General of Police, Punjab for its disposal on its merits. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, office is directed to send this case to the Inspector-General of Police (Punjab) with a view to take appropriate action according to law. With this observation, this petition stands disposed of.
