1. Learned counsel for the applicants contends- that from the three accused persons, the quantity of heroin recovered was only 10 grams each and I as such the case was triable before a First Class Magistrate. It is, accordingly, contended by the learned counsel that thr, case may be transferred from the file of VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi to F.C.M. Jamshed Quarters (Hudood)
2. Karachi. The application is not opposed by the learned Assistant Advocate-General, Sindh. It is, accordingly, directed that Criminal Case Not/90 (State v. Raza Muhammad) be transferred to the Court of F.C.M. 8 Jamshed Quarters (Hudood) Karachi, fir further proceedings in accordance with law.
