1. DECISION This is an appeal against an award dated the 4th of October 1973. The appeal was filed in November 1973. Admittedly it was filed 30 days beyond time. Under the law an appeal has to be filed within thirty days of the award. An application for condonation of delay was made. It would appear from the Endorsement on the copy of the impugned award that the order was passed on the 4th of October 1973, and the copy for the same was applied on the 20th of October 1973. It was granted on the same day and also delivered on the same day, to the appellant. From a perusal of the Endorsement on the copy of the award it appears that the appellant could file the appeal within thirty days of the award as he got it on the 20th of October 1973. The appeal is dismissed as beyond time. Appeal dismissed.
