IJAZ NISAR, J.- This order will dispose erf Crl Misc. 4239-B/1991 moved by Fakhar son of Fazil and Crl Misc. No. 4246-B/1991 moved by Muhammad SaeeD son of Khurshid Ahmad in a case under section 302/34 P.P.C., P.S. Baseerpur District Okara, FIR No. 244/1991 dated 6.8.1991.
2. The prosecution case is that Abdur Razzaq co-accused of the petitioner asked for the hand of the daughter of Sikandar Ali complainant which he refused and married her somewhere else.
Feeling aggrieved, Abdur Razzaq alongwith Fakhar and Muhammad Saeed petitioners, Zulfiqar co- accused inflicted dagger injuries on Riaz Ahmad son of the complainant resulting in his death.

Bail for Fakhar and Muhammad SaeeD petitioners is urged on the grounds that they had absolutely no connection with Abdur Razzaq, the principal accused, that they were empty handed and are not alleged to have caused any injury to the deceased. The only allegation against them is of having held the deceased before he was given dagger blow by Abdur Razzaq.
4. Keeping in view the above circumstances, it appears to be a case of further inquiry. Accordingly, I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Depalpur.
