IJAZ NISAR, J.- Ahmad Ali petitioner is charged with murderously assaulting Kamir P.W. With a pistol shot on 6.7.1991.
2. The motive for the offence was that about 2/3 days before the occurrence the cattle of the petitioner had caused damage to the crops of the injured P.W. For which he had abused the petitioner.
3. Bail is urged on the grounds that there is a delay of six days in the FIR. The occurrence had taken place on 6.7.1991 while the report was lodged on 12.7.1991. Furthermore, as per FIR Mir Ali and Pir Ali had witnessed the occurrence but both of them have filed affidavits to the effect that they could not identify the petitioner.
4. In view of the above circumstances, it appears to be a case of further inquiry. Accordingly, I admit the petitioner to bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Okara. revisions by the competent authorities.
