ORDER

1. This petition has been moved by Muhammad Iqbal son of Mansab Ali, for seeking a direction to A.C.

2. Bhalwal to act strictly in accordance with law while implementing the order passed by this Court and the Supreme Court. According to the petitioner Abdul Aziz, as an informer, is entitled to that much land as may be equivalent to the unsatisfied units to his credit. Learned counsel in support of this petition urged that Abdul Aziz may have obtained some land in District Muzaffargarh as he had executed a power of attorney in favour of Ali Muhammad son of Kora, authorizing him to obtain land in Muzaffargarh. Agha Taj Muhammad, learned counsel, on instructions states that Abdul Aziz has not obtained any land in lieu of his pending units anywhere else and that the land has now been allotted to him against his pending units by the A.C., Bhalwal legally and correctly so as to comply with the direction made in judgment, dated 24-9-1983. Muhammad Iqbal, petitioner has no evidence whatsoever to support his contention that the land allotted to the petitioner is in excess of his entitlement. Thus, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed.

3. MAIN CASE Mr. Mahmood Akhtar, A.D.C.(G) Sargodha, is present. He states that in compliance with the order passed by this Court the land has been allotted in favour of the petitioner and the mutation has also been sanctioned. He has also tendered unqualified apology with the undertaking to be careful in future. In view of the unqualified apology tendered and the undertaking given, the show-cause notice is discharged. The Criminal Original also stands disposed.
