1. Be that as it may, all these allegations relate to appreciation of evidence. The first application under section 265-K, Cr.P.C. Was disposed of summarily and the crux of the matter was not adverted to. I am not inclined to stifle the prosecution on the basis of these allegations because the cross-examination of the witnesses would clear the entire matter.
