ORDER

1. NASIM HASAN SHAH, J: --This order will dispose of the above-mentioned three petitions.

2. The learned counsel for WAPDA submits that the respondents in these cases obtained their appointment on the basis of forged signatures of the Federal Minister and that the Superintending Engineer who was in league with them in this nefarious activity has been suspended and the departmental proceedings for his removal are in progress.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the proceedings against the Superintending Engineer concerned (Mr. Nawaz) have been stayed by the High Court on a writ petition filed by him.

4. Let these matters be adjourned. They shall be put up for hearing after the judgment of the High Court in the writ petition filed by Mr. Nawaz has been delivered. The learned counsel should also produce a copy of the judgment in that case on the next date of hearing.

5. Adjourned.
