1. ORDER The petitioner an x-Manager of Bank of Bahawalpur Limited, Bahawalnagar has moved this application under section 34 of the I. R. O., with the prayer that the order of his termination be set aside. Statement of Mr. Abdul Majid Qureshi, representative of the petitioner has been recorded.
2. According to him the petitioner worked under the respondent as a workman. Section 34 of the I.R.O, as it now stands provides that any collective bargaining agent or any employer may apply to the Labour Court for the enforcement of any right guaranteed or secured to it or him by or under any law or any award, or settlement. The petitioner is neither a collective bargaining agent nor an employer. The petition is, therefore, not maintainable. It is hereby dismissed in limine.
