ORDER

' Learned counsel for the contesting respondent has, after receiving instructions from his client, voluntarily given three months time to petitioner/applicant for the vacation of the premises in question. The applicant undertakes to hand over the vacant possession of the disputed house to the landlord on or before 20th July, 1991.

2. The applicant states that he is a shelterless citizen and as such he may be given a plot out of the scheme of the Government for the accommodation of people like him. In the circumstances, he may move an application before the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad, for allotment of a plot to enable him to build his house. The Deputy Commissioner shall entertain his application for its disposal according to law within three weeks. With this observation, this petition stands disposed of.
