1. DECISION This is an appeal against the Award of the learned Presiding Officer of Labour Court No. 5.
2. The facts giving rise to the appeals are these. The appellant was dismissed from service on 20-2- 1971. At that time the Labour Law under which the appellant could come for redress of his grievance was Standing Order 18 and no other law. Standing Order 18 of the Standing Orders Ordinance, 1968 continue till April, 1972. It was replaced by section 25-A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969.
3. The appellant made the present application under section 25-A of the I. R. O. of I9f>9, in July 1973.
4. The present application was made on the 20th of July, 1972, which is on the face of it is very belated one. Moreover, the appellant having not complied! with mandatory procedure of Standing Order 18, his application was rightlyU dismissed. In this connection a reference may be made to a case reported in] PLD 1973 Kar.
