1. A criminal case under section 448, P.P.C. Was registered against Hadi Hussain, Iqbal Hussain and Iqbal Hussain respondents with Police Station Alipur Chattha vide F.I.R. No.114/1974, dated 4-12-1974.

2. The learned Magistrate First Class, Wazirabad, convicted and sentenced the respondents-accused to suffer one year's rigorous imprisonment each under section 448, P.P.C. The respondents challenged their conviction and sentence by filing an appeal, which was accepted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gujranwala, on 10-2-1983. In consequence, the conviction and sentence of the respondents was set aside. The learned Appellate Court came to the conclusion that Mst.

3. Jamila, the complainant, was not established to be in possession of the disputed room. In this behalf it was held that complainant Mst. Jamila was not entered into the list of voters of village Jamke Chattha. Similarly, no ration-card was issued to her. She also did not obtain any national identity-card showing her address of village Jamke Chattha. This revision petition has been moved by the complainant against the order dated 10-2-1983 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gujranwala.

4. 2:" The learned State counsel is present. He defends the judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. A message has been sent on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petition in hand may be disposed of as it is.

5. This revision petition is pending adjudication before this Court since 1983. The occurrence took place as back as the year 1974. By giving the benefit of doubt to the respondents they were acquitted by the Learned Appellate Court. No case for interference has been made out. Even learned counsel does not appear to be keen to contest this revision at such a late stage. In this view of the matter, there is no substance in the revision petition, which is dismissed.
