ORDER

Mr. Farooq Bedar, learned Additional Advocate-General has appeared on Court's call. The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 1 and 2 are defrauding the Public-at-large by collecting money from them, which is an offence. The petitioner has not approached the S.H.O.

Concerned for the registration of the case. Learned Addl. Advocate-General says that if a report is made to the S.H.O. Concerned for registration of a case and if a prima facie case of commission of cognizable offence is made out the S.H.O. Concerned shall act strictly in accordance with law.

2. In view of this undertaking given by the learned Addl. Advocate-General the petitioner is directed to approach the S.H.O. Concerned and make a written report for registration of case who shall act strictly in accordance with law. With these observations the writ petition has borne fruit, which is hereby disposed of as such.

3. The cheque which has been appended with this petition shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photo copy from him which be placed on the record as a substitute.
