ORDER

RUSTAM S. SIDHWA, J.---This is a petition by Messrs Saco Furniture (Regd.) petitioner, seeking leave to appeal against the order of the Lahore High Court, Lahore, dated 6-12-1987.

2. The dispute between the parties relates to the grant of a temporary injunction. Initially it was granted ad interim in favour of the petitioner on 25-5-1986, thereafter modified on 19-6-1986 and ultimately dismissed by the trial Court on 12-5-1987. On appeal by the petitioner, the temporary injunction was restored by the Additional District Judge on 11-12-1987. On a revision being filed by Modern Food Industries, respondent, the said revision was admitted, but the temporary injunction granted by the Additional District Judge was suspended by a learned single Judge of the Lahore High Court on 6-12-1987.

3. Both the contesting parties pray that the trial Court should be directed to decide the suit within six months and that the present petition be disposed of in terms therewith.

4. In view of the agreement between the parties, this petition is converted into an appeal. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit pending between the parties within six months. With this observation, this appeal stands disposed of. revisions by the competent authorities.
