1. ' NASIR ASLAM ZAHID, J.---This petition has been admitted to regular hearing. When it came up before this Court on 6-12-1990 this Court directed that comments be called from respondents Nos.
2. 1 and 3 within 3 weeks. However, notice was issued to the respondents of the application for interim relief. Mr. S.Hamid Hussain, learned counsel appearing for KPT (respondent No, 2) submits that neither any action has been taken against the petitioner by KPT nor, at this stage, any adverse action against the petitioner is contemplated. It is further submitted by Mr. S. Hamid Hussain that, in case any action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner, such action will be taken strictly according to the rules. Mr. S. Hamid Hussain adds that perusal of the memo. Of the petition would show that not a single allegation has been made against the KPT and that there is also no averment, directly or indirectly, that KPT is taking any action for removal of the petitioner from the service of KPT. Mr. Abdul Sattar G. Shaikh, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the submission made by Mr. Hamid Hussain learned counsel for respondent and as such he does not press Petition No, 1377/90, which stands dismissed as withdrawn.
