1. ' GHULAM MUJADDID, J.--Sh. Muhammad Zulfiqar, Sub-Engineer, Buildings Department, resident of 47-Shamnagar, Chauhurji, Lahore, has filed this petition for leave to appeal against the judgment of the Punjab Service Tribunal dated 20-4-1981.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He has not been able to urge any ground which could justify leave to appeal. On the other hand we find that the Tribunal took into consideration all the aspects of the case i,e. Legal as well as equitable and then passed the impugned judgment. No case for leave is made out.
