ORDER

1. The offence prima facie falls under section 411, P.P.C. Which does not come within the prohibitory clause of section 497, Cr.P.C. The grant of bail in such cases is a rule, while its refusel is an exception. I am told that the investigation in this case is complete and the applicant has been sent up before the trial Court to stand trial. The learned A.A.-G. Has, therefore, not opposed the bail application. Accordingly bail is granted to applicant Riffat Ahmad in the sum of Rs,50,000. With P.R.
