1. SALEEM AKHTAR, J.--- Learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner had not gone to the police station to lodge the F.I.R. In respect of the incident related in para.8 of the petition but if he appears and lodges the report in respect of cognizable offence, respondent No,4 would register it according to law, on this statement the petition stands disposed of subject to it.
