1. ' The conviction in this case is based on the extra-judicial confession recovery of blood-stained Chhuri alleged to have taken placed after one month of the occurrence. I think it is a lit case for suspension of sentence. Hence the petitioner is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs,50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner, Sialkot.
