' Jaffar petitioner along with three others is charged for the murder of Sanatta deceased and for causing injuries to Mst. Fateh Bibi P.W. On 12-5-1989 with blunt weapons.
2. He has applied for bail on the ground that he had been found innocent in the investigation and that a report of his discharge was made by the police which was not accepted by the Raga Magistrate.

During investigation it transpired that Sarwar co-accused had hired one Zafar son of Barket Ali and that they both had killed Sanatta and a Hathaura allegedly used in the occurrence was recovered from Zafar aforementioned. The investigation was verified by the local D.S.P. Who also confirmed the opinion of the Investigating Officer about the innocence of the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances discussed above, I admit the petitioner to bail in the legume of Rs,25,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C.I Okara.
