1. It is admitted by both the parties that an F.I.R. No.231/89 was registered against Ijaz alias Jaji and Sarwar Maqadas alias Nadim with the Police Station Shalimar Lahore at the instance of Muhammad Rafique. The learned counsel however, submits that the version of the first informant is false and the counter-version of the petitioner represents the true and correct factual position. This counter-version has however, not been placed before the police as according to the S.H.O. The petitioner did not join the investigation. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has since been transferred to Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Waraich D.S.P. Headquarter Lahore Cantt. Let the petitioner appear and place his version before the Deputy Superintendent of Police who shall give it due consideration in accordance with law. With these observations this petition is disposed of.
