1. ' MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.--Leave to appeal has been sought by the defendants' side in a suit for declaration, against the dismissal by the High Court, of their Regular Second Appeal which had arisen out of respondents' suit for declaration.
2. The question involved in this case whether the High Court could (and should) not have permitted the conversion of the Regular Second Appeal into a Civil Revision stands decided by this Court in the case of 'Karamat Hussain and others v. Muhammad Zaman and others' (PLD 1987 SC 319) which goes in favour of the petitioner.
3. ' Leave to appeal, accordingly, is granted. No security.
4. ' The appeal shall be prepared on its present record with direction to the parties to file all additional documents which would be necessary for disposal of appeal, and, it shall be fixed for hearing during the next session.
