1. ' GHULAM MUJADDID, J.--Secretary to Government of Punjab, Communications and Works Department, Lahore, has impugned the judgment of the Punjab Service Tribunal dated 23-8-1981 by means of this petition for leave to appeal.
2. The Tribunal exercised its discretion after taking all the relevant facts into consideration and the judgment as such calls for no interference. Leave is declined.
