ORDER

1. This is a petition for bail on behalf of Tariq Mahmood who along with Manazar is being prosecuted in a case under section 307/34, P.P.C. For making murderous assault on Muhammad Suleman. The admitted position is that no one was injured as a result of the alleged firing by the two accused. It is stated that the fire shots hit the dash-board of the jeep. Manazar, a co-accused of the petitioner, was admitted to bail by learned trial Magistrate. The case of Tariq Mahmood, in my view, is identical to that of his co-accused. I, therefore, admit T:atiq Mahmood petitioner to bail on his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs,30,(X)0 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Rawalpindi.
