MUHAMMAD RAFIQ TARAR, J.-Learned counsel contends that the bail application of the petitioner is pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Gujrat who has since been transferred without any substitute. He prays that the said application be entrusted to any other Court for disposal.
2. Mr. Muhammad Zafar-Ullah, Additional Sessions Judge is presently looking after the duties of the Sessions Judge, Gujrat. He is directed to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law. This petition stands disposed of.
