' The petitioner has been arrested in a case under section 10(2) of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 and section 468/471/420/193/109, P.P.C. He has petitioned for his release on bail in the aforesaid case.
2. Allegations against the petitioner are that he is a witness to the Nikah performed between co- accused Raza and Mst. Sakina while the marriage between complainant Abdul Rashid and Mst.
Sakina was still subsisting.
3. Some of the co-accused of the petitioner have already been admitted to bail. There is no evidence that the petitioner himself forged Talaqnama or Nikahnama. I find his case to be that of further inquiry. I admit Saeed Ahmad petitioner to bail subject to his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs,20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Bahawalpur.
