ORDER

1. ' GHULAM MUJADDID, J.-- Noor Ahmad Constable No,357 filed appeal before the Punjab Service Tribunal against the order of his dismissal from service passed by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police. He also requested the Tribunal that he may be given promotion as Head Constable by maintaining his seniority. The Tribunal by judgment, dated 2-3-1983 dismissed the appeal. This order was passed after considering the relevant rules applicable to the case of the petitioner as well as by referring to a decision of this Court mentioned in the judgment of the Tribunal.

2. ' Noor Ahmad has come to this Court praying that leave be granted against the judgment of the Punjab Service Tribunal.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner but we have not come across any error of law so as to justify interference in the impugned judgment. Dismissed.
