' In brief the prosecution case is that Muhammad Ismail complainant alongwith Muhammad Ashfaq, Muhammad Shafiq, Muhammad Idrecs, Muhammad Nawaz and Muhammad Ilyas were returning home from their fields. Muhammad Ilyas had hatchet and Muhammad Idrees had stick with him. When they reached near the house of Muhammad Ishaq in the village, all of a sudden, Muhammad Boota, Muhammad Younis and Guliar accused armed with guns alongwith Mukhtar Ahmad accused armed with hatchet came there. They shouted Lalkara and attacked the complainant party. As a result of which Muhammad Shafiq died and Idrecs and Muhammad Nawaz P.Ws. Received injuries. The motive was stated to be that the accused suspected Muhammad Ashfaq of having illicit relations with Mst. Bushra wife of Boota accused.
2. As a result of this occurrence, Muhammad Shafiq deceased received four fire-arms injuries.
Idrees P.W. Received one fire-arm injury and two butt blows on his person whereas Muhammad Nawaz P.W. Received one butt blow on his wrist and two sharp-edged weapon injuries on his head.
These two sharp-edged weapon injuries have been attributed to Mukhtar Ahmad petitioner.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and have perused the record.
Mukhtar Ahmad did not cause any injury to Muhammad Shafiq deceased. The allegation against him is that he caused two simple sharp-edged weapon injuries on the head of Muhammad Nawaz P.W. I, therefore, A admit Mukhtar Ahmad petitioner to bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs,30,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Faisalabad.
