1. The applicants were convicted under section 448 by the trial Court and their appeal was dismissed by the appellate Court. The parties have filed compromise today. The complainant and his Advocate Mr. G.R. Warsi are present in Court. Mr. Ishtiaq Ali for the applicants and Mr. Imam Bux Sheikh for the State are also present. They admit the contents of compromise and the same is allowed.
2. ' In view of the above compromise I allow this application, set aside the conviction and sentence of the applicants, and they are acquitted of the charge.' They are on bail, their bail bonds stand discharged.
