ORDER

1. ' Punnu and Muhammad Anwar alias Muhammad Nawaz, petitioners, are father and son. They alongwith Mst. Barkatay and Sadiq are accused of offence under sections 11 etc. Of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979. Sadiq alias Billa accused is also a son of Punnu, petitioner. Mst. Barkatay accused is the wife of Muhammad Anwar, petitioner. In the F.I.R., which was made by Wali Muhammad, father of the girls, Mst. Pathani aged about 11/12 and Mst. Parveen aged about 9, on 9-3-1988. According to the prosecution, the girls were found missing from the house on 31-12-1987 and Wali Muhammad was told by two persons that they had been seen boarding the bus in the company of Mst. Barkatay, Sadiq and Muhammad Anwar alias Muhammad Nawaz. The girls were found by the police at a bus-stand of Jhang City on 13-6-1988 with Sadiq accused. Mst.

2. Pathani was produced before a Magistrate on 14-6-1987 and her statement under section 164, Cr.P.C. Was recorded. She did not name the petitioners. Learned counsel for the complainant stated that she was tutored by the police not to name the petitioners in her statement. As the record stands, there is no basis for that assertion. I, therefore, allow the petitioners to be released on bail on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs,10,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate concerned. revisions by the competent authorities.
