' This is an application for grant of bail to Mst. Zebo petitioner in a case under section 16/10(2) of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, registered at P.S. Samma Satta, vide F.I.R.

2. The prosecution case is that Khuda Bakhsh and others abducted Mst. Zebo petitioner in order to commit Zina with her and thereafter she had been committing Zina with Khuda Bakhsh with her consent.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I find that Mst. Zebo being woman her case falls within proviso to section 497, Cr.P.C. Furthermore, she is in jail for the last 6 months. For these reasons she is allowed bail in the sum of Rs,20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Bahawalpur.
