ORDER

1. Judicial inquiry report shows that about 7 witnesses had deposed before the learned Magistrate that Muhammad Yousaf S.H.O., and others had belabored Sultan Mehmood alias Peeri, within their view, in Police Station Saddar, Sadiqabad, to satisfy their demand of illegal gratification. The postmortem examination report also revealed some injuries on his person. No doubt, the doctor conducting post-mortem examination had opined that Sultan Mehmood had died due to pnemonia and the medical board was of the view that he might have died due to heat stroke but the fact remains that after arresting him from the Court premises, Muhammad Yousaf S.H.O. And others had subjected Sultan Mehmood to torture and had also been demanding bribe from him.

2. The S.H.O. Police Station Saddar, is, therefore, directed to register case against Muhammad Yousaf and others under section 330, P.P.C. On the basis of, complaint marked 'A' of Mst. Ghulam Zohran.

3. Copy of the complaint alongwith the order of this Court be immediately sent to him for compliance. He will send' copy of the F.I.R. Within 3 days to this Cour. .
