ORDER

1. ' MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.-- Leave to appeal having been granted in CP-200-P of 1988, inter alia, for the examination of a question which has been raised in the present petition, we grant leave to appeal in this case also. The point for examination, inter alia, is; whether, Rule 12 of the N.-W.F.P.

2. Police Rules, 1975 had barred the jurisdiction of the N.-W.F.P. Service Tribunal to entertain the Service Appeal filed by Muhammad Yousaf respondent against his dismissal.

3. Leave is accordingly granted subject to further examination of the question of limitation in connection with which the petitioner has been permitted to give further facts and details of the grounds taken in the application for condonation of delay.

4. ' Both the appeals arising out of this and the aforementioned petition shall be heard together on the present record with direction to the parties to file all additional documents which would be necessary for disposal of the appeals.
