AJMAL MIAN, CJ.-The question in the petition involved is as to whether the petitioners' two drugs, namely, "Romani and Zamand-e-Shabab" fall within the category 6f Unani Medicine or they fall under the category Of perfumery and cosmetics, as claimed by the respondent department. It is an admitted position that there is no reliable publication which can be cited on the above disputed question. In or view the petition involved disputed question of fact and, therefore, cannot be gone into in this petition. The petition is dismissed in limine.
