Ijaz Nisar, J-Hamayun alias Faiz Rasool petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in a case under sections 379/411 P.P.C, in case F.I.R. No. 77 dated 25.2.1989 P.S. Sadar Chiniot, District Jhang.
2. It is contended that the petitioner is a respectable, business man and his name is not mentioned in the F.I.R, nor has anything been recovered from his possession. A request has been made for the grant of pre-arrest bail to him to enable him to move the competent Court.
3. The request is granted. He is allowed interim bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Chiniot till 10.6.1989 by which date he shall apply to the competent Court.
The application is disposed of.
