ORDER

' This is a petition for the suspension of sentence on behalf of Ghulam Abbas, Ghulam Hussain, Ikram Raza and Pervaiz Akhtar, petitioners who have been sentenced to R.I. For ten years and a fine of Rs,12,000 each under section 392/34 of the P.P.C. They were tried on the allegation that on 3rd of September, 1986 at 12.00 noon, they while armed with fire-arms trespassed into United Bank Limited Branch Chak No,73/JB, Jhappal, District Faisalabad and took away Rs,45,150 in the presence of Muhammad Tahir, Manager of the Bank, Habib-ur-Rehman, Cashier and Manzoor Hussain Chowkidar under threats of death.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that Manzoo Ahmad, Chowkidar admitted in his cross-examination that he did not participate in the identification parade and the other two eye- witnesses stated that the accused had been shown to them prior to the A identification parade.

This contention has the support of evidence and learned counsel for the State is not in a position to controvert it. In the circumstances, we admit the petitioner to bail in the sum of Rs, two lacs each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Faisalabad.
