' This is a miscellaneous application for re-hearing of the appeals, one brought by the bank and the other by the petitioner. The learned lower Court had directed the reinstatement of the petitioner without back benefits. The Bank challenged the order of reinstatement whereas the petitioner brought appeal for back benefits. Following 1985 PLC 1053 it was held by this Tribunal vide decision dated 26-5-1986 that Labour Courts and this Tribunal had no jurisdiction. The ruling referred to above, was of the High Court and was challenged before the Supreme Court in some cases. The Supreme Court has now held that the Labour Courts have jurisdiction in Banks' cases. For this reason the petitioner has applied for the rehearing of the appeal. Since this Tribunal has A no powers of review, the order dated 26-5-1986 cannot be set aside or reversed. Till the said order stands, I am not in a position to take up the matter again. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance petition returned to the petitioner vide order dated 26- 5-1986 of this Tribunal was presented to the National Industrial Relations Commission (N.I.R.C.) and from there it has been returned to him on account of the finding given by the Supreme Court in other cases. May it be so but the position is the same, that this Court cannot review its own order.

2. As a result the miscellaneous application is dismissed. revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
