1. ' It is alleged by the prosecution that Pannu complainant, his brother and father were employed as labourers in Sun Shine Jute Mills, L chore. On 3-8-1988 Muhammad Naseeb, a worker, went to canteen after leaving his job. The Jobber asked Muhammad Ali deceased to bring back Naseeb to job. He went there and asked Naseeb to return to the place of his work. This resulted in quarrel between the two. Next day, at about 7 p.m., Pannu complainant along with his brother and father was sitting on the ground. Nazar Muhammad armed with Sarya, Younis Naseeb, Asghar and Ameer accused armed with sticks came there. Nazar gave Sarya blow on the head of Muhammad All who fell down. The alarm attracted Abbas and Anwar P.Ws. Ameer gave stick blow on the head of Abbas where after Naseeb gave stick blow on the arm of Anwar. Asghar accused gave stick blow on the left shoulder of Abbas and Younis accused gave injuries to Pannu complainant. This is petition for bail only on behalf of Ameer and Younis accused. The two petitioners did not cause any injury to the deceased. They have been ascribed simple injuries to Abbas and Pannu complainant. I, therefore, admit Ameer and Younis petitioners to bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs,30,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Sheikhupura. revisions by the competent authorities.
