This is a reference from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Okara saying that a case under Section 302/307/34, P.P.C. Was registered at Police Station Depalpur vide F.I.R. No.29 on 31-1-1972.
The trial started before the learned Addl: Sessions Judge No.1 on 12-11-1983 and since then the case is lingering on for one reason or the other. He has also mentioned connected cases No.393/71, P.S. Depalpur, No.187/81 P.S. Chuchak and the connected case Sessions Trial No.8/88. He has stated that he felt that the, case cannot be disposed of in his District due to non-cooperation of the parties.

In the circumstances, this reference is accepted and the cases mentioned therein are transferred to the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Lahore who shall start their hearing at the latest from 1st October, 1989 and hear the cases day to day and dispose of these as expeditiously as possible. The reference is disposed of accordingly.
