MUNIR A. SHEIKH,-J.--Through this application the petitioners seeks transfer of sue suits filed by the respondents against the present petitioners for possession of land through pre-emption which are at present pending in the Court of Mr Abid Hussain Civil Judge, Kasur. The comments of the learned Civil Judge were called for, which have been received and perused.
2. Learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6 does not object to the transfer of these cases to any other Civil Court at Kasur. The other respondents have not appeared today inspite of service through proclamation in the newspaper. They are hereby proceeded against ex-parte.
3. The six cases filed by the respondents against the petitioners for possession of land through pre- emption at present pending in the Court of Mr. Abid Hussain, Civil Judge, Kasur, are hereby transferred to the Court of Mr. Muhammad Sharif Janjua, Civil Judge, Kasur, for disposal. Learned counsel appearing today for respondents No.5 and 6 is the counsel for all the respondents/plaintiffs in the trial Court. The parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 20.2.1989. The transferee Court shall dispose of the application of the petitioners for disposal of the suits in accordance with law declared by the Supreme Court, regarding suits for possession of land through pre-emption, within 20 days from the said date positively. This transfer application is disposed of.
