ORDER

Malik Muhammad Qayyum, J-It is stated by Fateh Muhammad SHO that he had recently taken over the charge and therefore, not familiar with the full facts of the case. He needs time.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the FIR has been lodged malafide against the petitioners. It was pointed out by her that a writ petition No 3371 of 1989 was filed by Imtiaz Fatima a sister of the petitioners in this Court, in which she complained of high handedness of the police. According to the learned counsel this FIR in which the petitioners have been involved recorded on lst of June, 1989. The learned counsel points out that after about five hours of this occurrence another FIR bearing No. 258 was registered against Imtiazz Fatima the sister of the petitioners for having committed offence under section 294 of the PPC with other accused Akhtar Sargana who is married to real paternal aunt. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated that Mst. Abida Parveen is married to Shahbaz petitioner and has two years old son and both the husband and wife have been involved by the police malafide. The investigating officer as also the State counsel have shown their ignorance about all these facts and therefore, require time to ascertain the same. To come up on 18th of June, 1989 along with the Writ Petition bearing No. 3371 of 1989. In the meantime the petitioners are admitted to interim bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate Jhang. Copy Dasti.
