ORDER

The allegation against the petitioner, is that he had caused two injuries on the person of Mst.

Parveen Akhtar with Sooa. In consequence of which a case under sections 307, 326 and 34, P.P.C.

Was registered. Learned counsel submits that the challan in the case has already been submitted in the Court and the petitioner is not required by the police for the purposes of investigation any more. It is further contended that the co, accused of the petitioner, Nazar Masih, who is also alleged to have caused grievous injuries, has already been allowed bail.

2. In these circumstances, the petitioner is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Samundri, District Faisalabad.
