1. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had forged a sale---deed of a house belonging to Mst. Safia, wife of Guffar Ahmad. During the pendency of the case, the petitioner was admitted to bail but later it was cancelled due to his non-appearance. It is stated that his non---appearance was not wilful' but was due to misunderstanding caused by the compromise arrived at between the parties. Guffar Ahmad husband of Mst. Safia complainant is present in Court and states that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and he does not want to prosecute the case against the petitioner. He states that he would be making a statement to this effect before the concerned Court.
2. In the above circumstances, I admit the petitioner to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Cantt. Lahore.
