Muhammad Latif, petitioner, and two others are accused of having murderously assaulted Muhammad Yunus. The case was registered against them at Police Station City Jhang on 31-7- 1986.
2. It is contended that the petitioner was allegedly responsible for causing simple injuries to his victim. His co-accused Aziz was responsible for causing grievous injury on the thigh of Muhammad Yunus. The motive also lay with said Aziz. In view of the role attributed to the petitioner, he is allowed bail in the sum of Rs.5,000 (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Jhang.
