1. Mst.Shamim Akhtar widow of Muhammad Aslam, resident of Gall .1, House No,15. Faiz Park, Mughalpura, Lahore, has moved this plication for transfer of case Shamim Akhtar widow v. Ghafoor mad etc. Pending In the Court of A .C. /Magistrate First Class, roonabad to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Lahore.
2. The application is under section 3 of the Lahore High Court itablishment of Benches) Rules, 1981 read with section 526 Cr.P.C. e has four minor children. She works for her livelihood as id-servant. She is complainant in a criminal case registered against I" afoor Ahmed and others vide FIR No,107/85, which is pending in Court of A .C. /Magistrate First Class, Haroonabad.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner'sl ther Mst.Noor Begum was murdered by the relatives of the accused. A e is a widow. She resides at Lahore. She looks after her four tor children. ?
4. Counsel submitted that it is not safe for her to go to oonabad. The A.A.-G. Conceded that it is' expedient and in the interest . justice if the case is tried at Lahore. .
