2. Jalali, petitioner was sentenced to seven years' R.I. Under section 307 P.P.C. With a fine of Rs,10,000 in default to undergo six months' R.I. Further.
3. ' Miru petitioner was convicted under section 323 PPC and sentenced to six months' R.I. With a fine of Rs,1,000 in default to undergo one month R.I. Further.
4. ' Mubarak petitioner was also convicted under section 323 PPC and sentenced to six months' R.I.
5. With a fine of Rs,1,000 in default to undergo one month R.I. Further.
6. ' The three accused-petitioners are allowed bail in the sum o Rs,25,000 (Rupees twenty-five thousand) each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Duty Magistrate, D.C. Khan.
