Geroge Masih and Mansha Masih along with four others are accused of rape of Mst. Sughran. A case under section 10/11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance VII of 1979, was registered against them at Police Station Alipur Chatta on 20-5-1986.
