7. The prosecutrix is 17 years of age. She made the FIR seven days after the occurrence and appeared before the police of her own. The ASI has admitted that they are alive. The challan issued to have been submitted in court but the chemical examiner's report has not been received so far. In view of these circumstances, petitioners are allowed bail in the sum of Rs. 5,000 each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A. C/Duty Magistrate, Gujranwala, pending trial.
