' The application entitled "Muhammad Sharif v. Mst.Amina Bibi"for the custody of minors pending with the Guardian Judge, Lahore is ordered to be transferred to the District Judge, Okara with reference to Rule 7 of the West Pakistan Family Courts Rules, 1965, for him to entrust the same to a competent Court there at Okara.
2. This is being done for the reason that the petitioner is a parda nashin lady and has already instituted two suits entitled "Amina Bibi v. Mohammad Share for the dissolution of marriage and "Mst.Amina Bibi etc. v. Mohammad Shard" for the maintenance pending with Mr.Fazal Zada, Judge, Family Court, Okara and the same are being attended to, by the respondent who can also pursue the said application for the custody of minors there without undergoing much of inconvenience.
' There is no order as to costs.
