The petitioners along with others are charged with the murder of Khan Muhammad deceased on the night of 14-4-1982.
2. It is stated that there is no direct evidence in the case and the petitioners are sought to be linked by the circumstantial evidence only. It is further stated that during investigation they were found innocent and were got discharged by the police. It was on the basis of the private complaint that they were summoned and their bail was cancelled on the ground that there was possibility that they would tamper with the evidence.
During investigation nothing incriminating has been recovered at the petitioners' instance. Their co-accused Munir Ahmad, Shabbir Ahmad and Amira have already been admitted to bail. From the circumstances narrated above, it appears to be a case of further inquiry. Accordingly, I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Rs.20,000 each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Muzaffargarh.
